How can we help you?

If you have questions about the services we provide, insurance, payments, cost of treatment, or where to start, we welcome you to contact us to discuss your unique needs. No two patients are alike and our team is always here to help you find the solutions that work best.

Having questions is natural and we welcome yours. In the meantime, please feel free to review some of the most common questions we receive.

If you have ever had a dental emergency, you know that it can make it hard to sleep, concentrate, and to go about your daily routine. Dental emergencies seem to happen at the most inconvenient times, which can cause more stress to an already stressful situation.

We are here for our patients who need help after hours or on short notice. We will strive to help you as quickly as possible. We will be available for our patients in the event of a dental emergency after hours via our emergency line.

We ask you to do your part by never putting off emergency dental care. If you experience pain, it will rarely resolve on its own and will often worsen as hours go by. Don’t wait. Contact us at the first sign of trouble.

  • Pain
  • Swelling
  • Broken tooth
  • Broken restoration
  • Damaged denture or partial
  • Bleeding
  • Knocked out tooth

By contacting us immediately, we can help you feel like yourself again promptly.

We also help our patients avoid dental emergencies in the future by creating personalized preventive treatment plans to support good overall health and wellness. The best insurance you can buy for your smile is maintaining regular dental exams and cleanings. These, along with good home care, are the best way to keep your smile looking great and feeling comfortable.

Not always. Treatment plans can be phased based on priority, the severity of your condition, or your chief complaint. This is especially useful for patients concerned about fitting dentistry into their budgets or about missing too much work at once. We can go over what makes the most sense to address first. For example, that could mean treating any broken or painful teeth first in order to stop the cycle of degeneration and tooth pain that makes it difficult to eat the foods you love.

Sometimes it makes sense to do certain treatments at one time. For example, porcelain veneers look and function best when they are placed at once. Teeth requiring crowns or filings that are side-by-side in your mouth means that we only have to numb you once, so we may recommend completing adjacent teeth simultaneously.

Patients may also have an idea of where they would like to start their dental treatment. This may be a particularly painful tooth or the front teeth that people can see.

A lot of times, it would mean getting the most important treatment done first. The goal is to eventually get all of the necessary treatment completed while not losing track of the priority.

We customize all treatment based on your needs and will work with you to make dentistry convenient and accessible.

Ultimately, we want what is best for our patients. If we think you will be more comfortable in the specialist’s office or if you require sedation to complete your procedure, we may recommend one of our trusted colleagues. We will closely follow your care and make sure we communicate with the specialist to make sure you have the best treatment possible and that healing and post-treatment care is of the highest level.

If the need for a specialist intervention arises we have highly skilled specialists located within our office complex, which our patients find convenient. Since they are so close, it is easy to communicate and maintain a high level of continuity with your dental care.

Making dental care convenient and the finances predictable is part of how we ensure that dentistry is easier and less stressful for our patients.

Whether you have dental insurance or not, our friendly staff will answer any financial questions and concerns you may have. Our knowledgeable staff will thoroughly explain your insurance benefits and, as a courtesy, contact your insurance company, file claims on your behalf, and even preauthorize the costs for certain major procedures. This will leave no room for insurance-related conflicts and more predictable out-of-pocket expenses.

We accept health savings accounts (HSA) so you can use your tax-free dollars for your dental work. We offer in-office financial arrangements when applicable. Above all, we work with your affordability and your best interest in mind by phasing out treatments to best suit your needs.

If you ever have questions about the necessity of your treatment, the cost of your dentistry, or if you need information about benefits, we are here to help you make those decisions and to fit your care into your budget.

You can always stop in and talk about the cost of your treatment or just give us a call and we will be happy to answer all of your questions.
